We offer many convenient options for managing and paying your State CS loans.
Paying from your State CS account
To pay from your Savings or Checking account at State CS, simply log into Online or Mobile Banking and transfer the funds to your loan. You can automate your payments, and take one thing off your monthly to-do list, by setting up recurring monthly transfers.
Paying from an account at another Financial Institution
- Pay by Card – Use our Online Payment Portal, Repay, to pay with a debit card from another financial institution.
- Pay in Person – Pay your loan at the branch with cash or check.
- Pay by Mail – Mail your check payment to State CS EFCU, 317 Washington Street, Watertown NY 13601. Be sure to include your account and loan number on the check.
- Pay with Bill Pay – You can use the Bill Pay service offered by your other financial institution to send your payment.
