You are eligible to join State CS Employees FCU if you live or work in Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Clinton or Franklin county NY, and meet one of the following criteria:
- New York State Civil Service Employee
- City of Watertown Employee
- Watertown City School District Employee
- Retiree of one of the above employers
- Immediate family of a current member
Membership begins by opening a Primary Savings account with a minimum deposit of at least $5.00. At the same time, you can request to open additional accounts (such as a Checking or Vacation Club) and also apply for a loan. To apply for an account, you can visit one of our two convenient branches, or apply online on your time.
